Rental Agreement

Vehicle user:


Only the person (s) written in the contract and delivery form can use the vehicle you rented.
No insurance coverage is valid for any damages that may occur in the event that third parties not specified in the documents in question use the vehicle.


You can contact our branches to add vehicle users.
A maximum of 2 additional drivers can be defined for a vehicle. The age and driving license conditions applicable to vehicle groups also apply to additional drivers.






Fuel :
You have to deliver the vehicle at the fuel level you received.




If you return with Missing Fuel, the fuel fee and the service fee will be charged.
No refund will be made in case of excess fuel.






Returns to Different Branch:
It is possible to return your vehicle to a different branch than the one you rented. In this case, one way fee is charged.






Going Abroad:


The insurance of our vehicles is not valid abroad. You can contact our branches to get the necessary permissions and guarantees.






Rental Period:


Our vehicles are charged for at least 24 hours a day, 30 days per month.








Extension of time :


If you request to use the vehicle longer than the date specified in the contract, you must contact our branches and extend the rental period.
In case the vehicle is brought late without extension, delay fees are charged with 100% increase.






Duration Shortening:
If you request to return the vehicle earlier than the date specified in the contract, you should contact our branches and shorten the rental period.
In terms of shortening the time, deductions are made in accordance with the reservation cancellation and change rules.






No Show:
Your vehicle will take 60 minutes from the delivery time specified in your reservation. It is kept ready in our branches throughout.
If the vehicle is not received within the specified period, the vehicle will not be guaranteed.
In case of any delay, you can make your payment by contacting our branches in order not to lose your vehicle warranty.
Your reservation in No Show status will be canceled at the end of 4 hours without any refund, even if the payment has been made.

Our insurance coverage may vary in terms of prices and campaigns.
Your vehicle is under 100% insurance coverage against any damage that may occur.
The additional collaterals you can receive in addition to your existing coverages are summarized below.


Small damage assurance: It ensures that your unilateral damages up to 1000 TL are repaired with a statement without an official report / report.


   
Personal accident insurance: It covers the driver and the persons in the vehicle with a limit of 5000 TL.


   
Increased financial liability insurance: In case of any damage, it provides an additional 100.000 TL protection against third parties over the traffic insurance coverage.


   
360 ° assurance package: It is the largest assurance package that includes all of the guarantees of minor damage, personal accident, increased financial liability.

Important warning !


In order for your insurance to be valid in case of any damage, you need to get an accident report and alcohol report by notifying the traffic police or traffic gendarmerie teams without moving your vehicle from the accident site.


In traffic accidents involving more than one vehicle resulting in material damage only, if the persons involved in the accident agree with the manner of the accident, a "material damage accident report" can be issued.


If the vehicle is stolen, a theft detection report should be obtained by contacting the police. The key of the vehicle must be delivered to us with the report received.






Age and license year conditions:
The minimum age and driver's license year information depending on the vehicle groups are shown on the vehicle reservation page.


It is the user's responsibility to check that these conditions are met.








Vehicle mileage limits:
Daily and monthly rental mileage limits depending on vehicle groups are shown on the vehicle reservation page.


The current mileage fee is charged for use above the specified kilometers.


Unlimited mileage limit for daily rentals, maximum per agreement, monthly
 It is applied including the mileage limit.






Security Fee:
During the rental, except the car rental fee, the collateral amounts determined according to the vehicle groups are collected from your credit card.
If the vehicle is received completely and undamaged, the said guarantee will be fully refunded to your card within 7 days at the latest.


In order to rent the vehicle, you must be able to present a credit card registered in your name during the rental. It is not possible to use the car rental service with a credit card that is not on behalf of the renter.
