ETERNAL RENTAL TERMS OF USE



DRIVER AGE AND DRIVER DOCUMENT


The license and age conditions for renting are as follows:



Economic class: Driving license valid for at least 2 years and being over 22 years old.
Middle class: Driving license valid for at least 3 years and having reached the age of 23.
Upper and luxury class: Driving license valid for at least 5 years and being over the age of 26.


Users who do not use a Latin alphabet driver's license (Russia, China, Syria, etc.) must present their valid international driver's license and passports (if they are not Turkish citizens) during the rental.


RENTAL PERIOD


The rental period is at least 1 day (24 hours). Reservations are 59 min. delay option is available, when the delays reach 1 hour, the full day fee of the daily rental fee is charged.


MILESTONE LIMIT


The mileage limit varies according to the rental days, but is specified in the table below. Leases for 30 days or more are limited to 3500 km. If the mileage limits are exceeded, 6,00 TL + VAT will be charged per km crossing the limit.

DEPOSIT


Our rental customers are required to have a credit card issued in their name during the rental. A minimum deposit of 5000 TL for economic group vehicles, 7500 TL for middle group vehicles and 10000 TL for upper group vehicles is received from this credit card, depending on the group of the vehicle they rented.


FİNDEKS INQUIRY


Your financial analysis must comply with Eternal Rental criteria so that the reservation you will make for all groups is final and you can buy your vehicle. * “Your financial analysis can be obtained from T.C. your ID number and your GSM number registered in T.C banks. After receiving this information during the inquiry, you need to confirm the message sent to your GSM number registered in Turkish banks. "


FUEL


Vehicles are taken back at the level of fuel delivered. The fuel difference between the purchase fuel level and the delivery fuel level will be requested from the tenant by adding a service fee of 30% depending on the fuel prices at the time of delivery.


ONE WAY RENTALS


In case the vehicle is picked up and returned to another region, a one-way fee will be charged, which will be determined by Eternal Rental.


ADDITIONAL DRIVER


In order for a person other than the renter to use the vehicle, valid identification and driver's license information must be written into the contract at the beginning of the rental, additional driver's signature must be included in the contract and additional daily driver fees must be paid. If this rule is not followed, the insurances received will be deemed invalid and the tenant and the people using it are held responsible for all damages.

EXTERNAL POLICY


Vehicles are not allowed to be taken outside the borders of Turkey.


CANCELLATION, REFUND AND CHANGE


If you notify us of your cancellation request up to 2 hours before your purchase time, the total amount you have paid for the rental will be refunded to your credit card.


If you stop taking the vehicle without notifying us at your scheduled vehicle pick-up time and / or inform your cancellation request less than 2 hours before your pick-up time, the remaining amount will be refunded to your credit card after a one-day charge deduction.


TRAFFIC FINES - HGS / OGS


Traffic fines belong to the tenant. In traffic fines paid by Eternal Rental, a service fee of 200 TL is collected separately. If the vehicle is blocked from traffic, this period is added to the rental period.


For the HGS / OGS service used in toll highway and bridge crossings, the usage fee and an additional 100 TL / rental service fee are collected separately from the rental fee.


INSURANCE AND ASSURANCE


The vehicles have a 2% exempted rent a car insurance based on the insurance values ​​determined by TSB, and in case of any damage, accident, etc., you can buy the security packages on the bottom and adjust your risk according to your own limits in case of damage, accident, etc.

IMPORTANT INFORMATIONS


In all cases that are excluded from the coverage under the general insurance conditions, the use of the vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs, outside the legal speed limits and incorrectly, the use of someone other than the persons whose name is written on the lease, the absence of accident and alcohol reports, and the vehicle and its reports within 24 hours. If the head office is not delivered, the tenant's liability for damage continues.
In case of an accident, do not neglect to get an accident and alcohol report by contacting the nearest police or gendarmerie center without changing the location of your vehicle. Otherwise, the insurances will be deemed invalid and the tenant will be responsible for all damages and financial / moral losses given to third parties. Eternal Rental reserves the right to change the rental price and conditions and the type of vehicle specified in the reservation, without prior notice, if it deems necessary.
